Saturday Morning Workouts
I must admit I have joined the world of Zumba. Each Saturday morning in the summer, the city of Chicago offers free workouts and I have officially jumped on the Zumba bandwagon. This summer, they are offering yoga at 8am, pilates at 9am, and zumba at 10am. A different workout company in the city leads the class each week and it is a great way to find a club/gym you might want to join. Here are two photos from this past weekend's workout. It's a really energizing feeling to be apart of such a large class all doing the same moves (or at least trying to!).
