One of the best things about living in Chicago is that Navy Pier puts on a fireworks show every Wednesday and Saturday night in the summer. This provides me many of opportunities to try to improve my firework photography. I have a lot of fun trying out new locations in the city, setting up my tripod, and playing around with my camera's settings. I think I still have a lot of room for improvement, but every once in awhile I get lucky. Here are a few from tonight's session.
And here's one of my favorites! I took this one on Saturday night. This is one of those that I refer to as a "lucky shot."
